The red polka dot paper is velvet. The flourish in the top corner is felt, & the black ribbon at the bottom is velvet. I cut out the 'Thanks' title with the "Storybook" Cricut cartridge. Then I added a couple of black & red blings... I think this card reminds me of Minnie Mouse, but Hey - Disney rocks!
